Shipping
At checkout (in your shopping cart), you can choose between two shipping options:
Standard Shipping (No Tracking Number): This option takes longer, and there is no tracking number associated with your order.
Shipping with Tracking Number: Your order will have a tracking number, you can always check it all the time and know if it gets lost.
Your items are shipped from Portugal.
Preparation time
Packages are generally dispatched up to 3 days after receipt of payment.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs.
We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
